What should I wear for my massage?

For traditional Thai massage, comfortable loose clothing is provided. For oil-based massages (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Combination), you'll undress to your comfort level and be draped with sheets throughout the session. Your therapist will step out while you get settled.

Do I need to book in advance?

We recommend booking 24 to 48 hours ahead, especially for weekend appointments and couples sessions. Walk-ins are always welcome based on availability.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Tips can be added to card payments.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please cancel at least 4 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a charge of 50% of the service price.

Is there parking available?

Street parking is available on Smith Street and surrounding blocks. We're also easily accessible via the F and G trains at Carroll Street station, just a short walk away.

How do couples massages work?

You and your partner share our private couples suite with two therapists working simultaneously. Each person can choose their preferred massage style and pressure level, so you both get exactly what you need.
