Cancellation Policy:

To ensure the availability of our services, kindly provide at least 4 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment will incur a $40 cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding of our commitment to quality service and the consideration of our therapists' time.

Last Call:

Typically, last call for appointments is 7:30pm every day. If you schedule an appointment that begins after 7:30pm, we will try our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee it will be available. In cases where we cannot accommodate an appointment after 7:30pm, we will reach out to reschedule or refund the appointment.
